The Nokian Hakkapeliitta 8 tires feature unique construction and technology to deliver excellent performance in winter. Their flange design reduces stud impact while the patented eco-stud cushion boosts traction. Many tread blocks increase gripping edges for better traction and the Brake Booster innovation improves safety in harsh weather. On wet surfaces, the wide grooves expel water and slush to minimize the possibility of hydroplaning. The silica-rich rubber remains soft to provide excellent grip at even at freezing temperature.
